337. Where the board of directors consists of more than eight members, it may, if so authorized by by-law of the federation, appoint an executive committee consisting of directors, including the president of the board of directors.
Moreover, in no case may the majority of the members of the executive committee be employees of the federation or of credit unions, and the number of members of the executive committee shall neither exceed 1/2 of the number of directors nor be fewer than three.
